Weight reduction with hypnosis
The papers and internet are full of adverts for all types of weight loss diets, you name it and it is out there.
Getting rid of those excess pounds should be the easiest thing anyone can do.
Think about it - you actually have to do less of something, not more! How often do you hear of doing less to succeed? Just eat less, simple isn't it? Before the exercise people jump all over me, I know adding exercise makes a difference, however eating less will get a result. Changing what you eat will also help but at the end of the day simply eating less than you currently do will get a result.
Now that is out of the way, let's look at what makes it difficult for many people to shift those excess pounds.

Some people have the excess weight for a reason and although that may sound strange all hypnotherapists will understand this. There may have been something that happened at an earlier age that made them gain weight and now they have trouble letting it go.

By choosing a skilled hypnotherapist you will make the first step to achieving your goal. Once you have chosen and met each other, there should now be trust and rapport. Your chosen hypnotherapist will decide a treatment plan based on what you tell them, so be honest. The treatment plan will be based on what you want, not what the hypnotherapist "thinks" you want.
Once you have entered into the "trance" (I call it a state of deep relaxation with your eyes closed) the hypnotherapist will begin the process. When you go into what is referred to as "the trance" there is nothing to be concerned about. You will be awake, aware and very alert and very relaxed, enabling the therapist to help you work with your subconscious mind and make whatever changes are required. At all times you as the client are in control, forget what you have seen on television or in a pub abroad.
Once you begin working together you can make the changes to old habits or deal with whatever it was from the past that caused you to gain weight and hang onto it and all of this is done in complete safety.
Once your mind and body are in harmony your life or should I say weight will change.
