About me

NOTE: I am currently only offering online hypnotherapy due to COVID-19.

I have been successfully helping those struggling with anxiety and stress since 2010.  During these challenging times these issues are even more prevalent. Online therapy can work just as well, if not better than in person, have a look at my blog here: https://livewellpractice.co.uk/online-hypnotherapy-works-sometimes-better/ for more information.

A bit more about me:  I worked as a lecturer in further education for 15 years and became interested in complementary therapies several years ago as a way to help a family member combat their anxiety. Hypnotherapy was a revelation, and love sharing what I learnt with others both at home and in the workplace.

In 2010, I qualified as a Registered Hypnotherapist accredited by the National Council of Hypnotherapy. Since then I’ve helped hundreds of clients address all sorts of health issues and make long-term positive changes in their lives.

I’m also am NHS-trained mindfulness coach and wellbeing consultant, and I have an MSc in Workplace Health and Wellbeing. I run courses and workshops in the corporate world as well as working with private clients online and at my treatment room 3 miles from Nottingham city centre.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.
