Hypnotherapist | Anxiety, Sleep & Habit Specialist

About me

Hello, I’m Samantha Culshaw-Robinson, a registered hypnotherapist and mindfulness coach based in Nottingham. I support people who feel stuck in patterns they would like to change, whether that is anxiety, unwanted habits, poor sleep, stress, or challenges around food and weight.

My approach combines hypnotherapy with mindfulness-based techniques to gently help the mind develop healthier and more supportive patterns. Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind, where many of our habits, emotional responses and automatic behaviours are formed. By working at this deeper level, it can help create meaningful and lasting change.

Clients often come to see me for support with anxiety, stress, smoking cessation, sleep difficulties, weight management and phobias. Sessions are always calm, collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, helping you feel safe, relaxed and supported throughout the process.

Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I spent many years working in health and wellbeing and hold an MSc in Workplace Health and Wellbeing from the University of Nottingham. I am also trained in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Whether you would like to feel calmer, break an unwanted habit, improve your sleep, or develop a healthier relationship with food, hypnotherapy can provide a supportive and effective way forward.

I offer highly successful online hypnotherapy sessions. In-person sessions are also available at my lovely practice – just 3 miles from Nottingham city centre.

If you would like to find out more, you are welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation to discuss how I may be able to help.
