With 22 years of experience, I’ve helped countless individuals overcome challenges and regain control over their lives. Whether you’re dealing with childhood trauma, grief, phobias, addictive or compulsive habits, my goal is to provide effective and personalised support.

Whether you're based in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire or worldwide, I provide both in-person and online Hypnotherapy sessions. (I can also offer home visits in some cases - please call me directly to discuss your requirements).
In addition to Hypnotherapy and Coaching, I support people seeking to overcome issues/problems left from adverse childhood experiences (including from trauma and abuse) grief and loss issues, phobias, and addictive and/or compulsive habits.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

Pre-Paid Packages:
- 6‑hour package: Only £63 per hour (total £375) – essentially six sessions for the price of five
- 3‑hour package: Only £70 per hour (total £210)
Single Sessions:
£75 per hour
Packages offer flexible scheduling—you can book sessions in blocks of 1, 1.5, or 2 hours to best suit your needs.
