I've had a successful hypnotherapy practice in London since 2004. I provide a confidential, safe and secure environment in which to explore your situation and move you towards a more satisfying future through the therapeutic use of hypnosis.
My appointments are available online via Zoom or Facetime. In many cases they can also be accessed by telephone, with email support. I also offer a free consultation with no obligation.
If you prefer 'in person' therapy, my clinic locations are now open - so you could arrange to see me in person in Highgate, Angel/Islington, London Bridge or Queens Park.

I am fully qualified, insured, accredited and run an ethical practice which will keep your needs uppermost.
My Training And Qualifications
I completed a four-year training in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and since then have extended my skills through specialist training and kept my knowledge up to date through continual professional development.
As well as Advanced Hypno-Psychotherapy, I am qualified in BWRT® - Brain Working Recursive Therapy. This is an exciting new therapy which achieves fast effective results with many issues. For example fears and phobias can often be tackled in a single session.
I also teach mindfulness meditation. I use mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and NLP techniques, with the aim of providing you with a rich toolset for improving your life. I teach self-hypnosis as part of the treatment to ensure lasting change.
My specialisms are all types of anxiety related issues, work and performance concerns, stopping smoking and managing weight. I also treat many other issues.

The General Hypnotherapy Register
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

I offer a FREE, no obligation initial consultation by phone or video call. This enables you to ask any questions and to get a feel of whether to proceed with therapy. I will be completely honest about whether I can help you and let you know about how my sessions work.

Fees for single one hour session - £70 to £90 according to location
Fees for Stop Smoking - £195. I use an effective method with a very high success rate.
Weight Management - 5 sessions £300, 3 sessions £195.
Some concessions are available - please contact me if you are unable to pay the full price.
Discounts available for multiple sessions booked and paid in advance.
Prices include supportive recordings and email counselling between sessions.
I can usually offer appointments at short notice - Daytimes, Evenings or Weekends.
As well as my London clinic locations, I offer therapy online via Zoom or Facetime. Please see my website for further details. This means you can access therapy from your own home or another convenient private place.
If you are unable to access an online session for any reason, I can offer therapy by telephone. As usual, all my hypnotherapy is backed up by recordings, and email support between sessions.
