About me
I am a fully qualified (advanced level) clinical hypnotherapist and EFT practitioner. I work both in person and online. I always undertake a free telephone consultation, prior to working with a potential client. I work with a variety of issues and provide help by tailoring each consultations to specific concerns, working at a pace, which is right for you. My ethos is "we all deserve to live a happy life".

Training, qualifications & experience
Having originally trained as a clinical hypnotherapist with Innervisions School of Clinical Hypnosis some years' ago. In June 2023, I became one of the first in the country to obtain the Advanced Training in Clinical Hypnosis Diploma from Innervisions.
I am GHR registered (General Hypnotherapy Register) and enhanced DBS checked.
I work with various issues such as stress, anxiety, confidence, fears & phobias, public speaking & presentations and smoking cessation.
Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

Additional information
As mentioned I recommend a minimum of three sessions (consultations). Each session lasts one hour and is undertaken face to face or alternatively via Zoom. The cost for three sessions is £195.00 working to a charge of £65.00 per session if additional sessions (consultations) are required.

I always provide a free telephone consultation and I offer flexibility on both days and times of appointments for my clients.
Further information
I always recommend that clients' have a minimum of three consultations. The consultations (following completion of a client intake form and initial free telephone consultation), consist of hypnotherapy or EFT. Each session being tailored to the client. As part of working together, if hypnotherapy is suitable for you, I will also provide hypnotherapy audios, to be used at home, at no additional cost.
