About me

I want to help you to grow, develop, and to be empowered in a way and pace that suits you. My experience and main specialities concern difficulties, as mentioned above, the challenge of Low Mood/Esteem and Depression in one's life. The struggle to motivate and navigate day-to-day life with the presence of Anxiety and Stress. The weight of carrying the loss of a loved one in the form of Grief & Loss. Lastly, juggling the pressures of everyday life, relationships and responsibilities concerning ADHD. Whatever the issue may be within your life, I want you to feel heard, understood and empowered to face and overcome these challenges.

I specialise in dealing with addiction (such as Quitting Smoking), habits, fears & phobias (Arachnophobia for example) using Hypnotherapy, and utilise Hypnotherapeutic techniques to better ground, calm and better connect to oneself through this process. I utilise a combination of a person-centred approach based on open conversation and exploration, giving yourself the space to express anything that may be bottled up.

Alongside the cognitive and emotional state, I incorporate working with the body through Somatic work, seeing how we can better communicate, listen and work with our internal world as I support you in creating goals, and balancing your responsibilities with your need for self-care.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully trained Pluralistic Therapist and Hypnotherapist, with experience working in schools, organisations, and privately, with children, young adults and adults from all around the world, working through a variety of difficulties by focusing on individual goals and needs; and utilising my own experiences to better aid and enhance the therapeutic journey.
