About me

I have personally experienced the power of hypnotherapy to make positive changes in my life.  This gave me the motivation to learn how it can help others to reach their goals too.  I use hypnotherapy for positive change, addressing habits, behaviours and addictions, and for past life regression.

I offer safe, non-judgemental hypnotherapy enabling you to reach a state of comfortable wellbeing and control in your life using the power of deep relaxation techniques to access your subconscious mind assisting you to make the changes you desire.

I cover a wide range of issues, particularly anxiety,  depression, self-esteem and confidence, smoking cessation, and increasing work or creative/sporting performance.  Helping you reach your true potential.

My office is in a beautiful location just outside Upton upon Severn, with easy access to the M5 and M50.

Contact me for an informal no-obligation chat about how I can best help you.
