About me

Hello, I'm Sanela Evans, a fully qualified Solution-Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist, practising in the Camberwell and Dulwich areas of South London and online. I am passionate about helping others build confidence, courage and self-esteem so they can create a positive change, fulfil their potential and live healthier and happier lives.

We all face challenges as we go through our lives. Often, our behaviour patterns and negative thought processes are getting in the way of our happiness and well-being, leaving us unable to cope. Thankfully, with the right professional help, this can be changed!

I use a solution-focused approach that draws on neuroscience to help you gain an understanding of your experience and provide clues to possible ways forward. Clinical hypnotherapy combines the use of psychotherapy and hypnosis for the treatment and alleviation of various physical and psychological symptoms. It can reduce stress levels and anxiety, treat depression and phobias, manage pain, weight control, quit smoking, build your confidence, clear your mind, and much more. Hypnosis is a powerful tool that helps to consolidate the therapeutic process so that you can feel better as quickly as possible and with long-lasting results.
