About me

I am Rebeka Cohen, a Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. My relaxing therapy room is based in Whitwick, Leicestershire and I also offer sessions via the secure platform of Zoom.

I am very passionate about supporting my clients and I love to see the positive changes that take place even from the very first session. My sessions are very relaxed, informal and fun (I find that this is especially important when working with children).

Mostly I support clients with anxiety, depression, confidence, sleep, burnout/overwhelm and exam/school stress.

I use a combination of techniques; Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, NLP and CBT. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern approach to therapy and is supported by the latest neuroscience research using a combination of psychotherapy (talking therapy) and hypnosis (trance). Trance is simply a relaxed state where the mind can focus on positive thoughts and suggestions. When you are in this state you have access to the subconscious mind which helps you to process your thoughts and generate positive solutions, helping you to move forwards with small positive changes without having to focus on any past problems or traumas.

Focusing on the solution really is… THE SOLUTION!!
