About me
I am a very experienced Hypnotherapist who is fully accredited by the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, and I am registered with the CNHC & professional standards authority. Please do check that any therapist you plan to work with remains listed with the organisations they mention.
I will help you to make positive changes and feel better. Everybody wants to get the most out of life but that feeling can be blocked for reasons you may or may not understand. Hypnotherapy will give you a deeper understanding of yourself and help you to break free from unhelpful behaviour patterns.
I am a Solution Focused hypnotherapist, meaning that I concentrate on results rather than dwelling on the problems. This provides you with a positive therapeutic experience, and helps you to overcome your difficulties in as brief amount of time as possible.
Both face to face and online appointments are available from 10am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. I have a very busy case load, however I am usually able to secure you an appointment within a few days. So please send me a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can between therapy sessions.
I believe that therapy should be an uplifting and inspiring experience, and not something you must simply get through. With me you will always feel relaxed and able to move through therapy at your own pace, so that the necessary changes you would like can take place within you.
At my Hypnotherapy Practice you will receive a completely bespoke service that is tailored to your specific needs. I use the latest evidence based techniques, so that lasting change can occur.
Although Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) can help to control unwanted thinking patterns, one of it’s main limitations is that it is all cognitive, thinking based work. The work that needs to be done on a deeper level sometimes needs to be felt internally, rather than simply thought about.
With Hypno-psychotherapy we address both the unconscious and the conscious parts of your mind so that they can work together in harmony, rather than conflicting with each other.
I also offer a free 15 minute initial telephone call, so we can make sure hypnotherapy would be the right treatment for you, and give you the opportunity to get your questions answered. (You can use the introductory call button on this page or send a message)
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a professional person who believes in providing the highest level of care to all my clients. This is an official register approved by the governments professional standards authority.

Member organisations
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
