Qualified as aMaster Hypnotherapist in 2001 recently winner of Life Coach of the Year with many trusted FIVE STAR reviews online. I offer clients friendly, modern, evidence based treatment. The most popular issues I treat are for anxiety, stress, depression, addictions and phobias. I have also helped clients who just need a confidence boost to guide them through various exam nerves, public speaking duties and wedding day anxiety. After the FREE consultation, I offer clients either my home visit service, or treatment in my relaxing therapy room near Beverley. For long distance I offer certain therapies via Zoom.
