About me
I am a hypnotherapist providing therapy in Harrogate or online.
I believe in non-judgmental and empathetic listening. I work with the concept that the client is the centre of our work.
I believe that people start to heal the moment they feel heard, understood and valued.
Hypnotherapy is a dynamic way to reduce stress, anxiety, low moods, depression.
The winner is the person who wins over themselves: their fears; their anxieties; their low self-esteem. We are only restricted by the walls we build ourselves.

My sessions are designed to explore and understand my client’s issues in a client-led approach to achieve the goals of my clients.
I support my clients to find the answers they always had hidden inside. This results in improved self-awareness and confidence. I believe that knowing your self-worth is the key to contentment.
My goal is to see my clients thriving in life and achieving their goals.
I also strongly believe that trauma is not a life sentence. Trauma creates changes we don’t choose. Healing creates changes we do choose. We repeat what we don’t repair. It’s time to repair.
Training, qualifications & experience
BA (Hons); Diploma in Professional Hypnotherapy; Certificate in NLP Skills; Certificate in Hypno-Coaching.
I am almost a qualified Counsellor (Diploma) - Person Centred Approach (Level 4). Expected to fully qualify in June 2023.
I have worked with a number of clients with different types of phobias, panic attacks, anxiety issues, depression, low self-esteem, PTSD from domestic abuse and general relationship issues.
Member organisations
Each member of APHP has received thorough training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, is competent and conscientious, and abides strictly by a code of ethics.
There are four grades of membership: Licentiate (LAPHP), Registered Member (MAPHP), Accredited Member (MAPHP(acc.)) and Fellow (FAPHP), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience.
The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy is a member organisation of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).
