Hypnotherapy is a skilled communication aimed at directing a person's imagination in a way that elicits changes in some perceptions, sensations, feelings, thoughts and behaviours. In a typical hypnotherapy session the hypnotherapist and client will discuss the intended alterations or therapeutic goals desired. Hypnotherapy may be a powerful and flexible tool for change. Children can also find Hypnotherapy beneficially with some conditions. Hypnotherapy works very quickly in some cases. Often a single session is all that is necessary however in some cases such as phobias, weight management and other issues. It maybe necessary to commit to a course of treatment sessions.

KCR (Kinetic Chain Release). Kinetic Chain Release is a simple yet extremely effective system of medically recognized and approved, gentle joint mobilizations and stretches, developed by Scottish Physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert, that brings the physical body back into balance quickly and easily, frequently providing a high degree of relief and even instant resolution in many cases from the pain and discomfort caused by conditions such as: Chronic Back Pain; Fibromyalgia; Carpal Tunnel Syndrome; Chronic Fatigue Syndrome; Irritable Bowel Syndrome; Migraine Headaches; Scoliosis; Teeth Clenching/grinding; Snoring/Sleep Apnoea; Bloating; Tennis(golfer’s) Elbow; Behavioural Disorders in Children; Weak(frequently sprained) Ankles;Chronic Knee Problems;Breathing difficulty;Chronic neck pain: Plantar Fasciitis; Chronic Stress;Menstrual Pain; Tired Shoulders; recurrent hamstring issues;recurrent groin strain; Tight Calves; Insomnia; Wrist pain and weakness; Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD)

This simple procedure is revolutionising physical rehabilitation globally, often achieving complete and lasting results in one treatment in many people where all other forms of intervention had proven unsuccessful.

Advanced Postural Energetics (PE) Change your posture and change your energy. This therapy can only be used with clients who have had at least one KCR session.

Connective Tissue Release (CTR 1& 2) within our bodies there is a silk web like structure which hardens or freezes when the it is triggered by trauma, stress. Through mobilisation and stretching the web can release and the body physical/emotional may recover.  Womans Health (WH)

Kinesiology - Touch for Health. This therapy is a practical and effective method of balancing the body’s energy. We muscle monitor to get feedback about the energy systems in the body, for example the blood, lymphatic and nervous system, as well as the subtle energy system of the meridians.

Outcomes - Improved body posture by balancing the muscles. Improved vision and advanced sensory input. Identification of sensitive foods. Enhanced learning abilities. Physical and mental/emotional pain management. Neural organisation and co-ordination.
