Hi I'm Laurie, a Professional Hypnotherapist.
With a passion for helping clients with all areas of different concerns, I aim to put you at ease from our first meeting. I am here to help you understand all the wonderful benefits of Hypnotherapy and will be here to guide you through your bespoke sessions working together to achieve long-term change.
I am professional but empathic, friendly and warm with your comfort being of the utmost importance during our sessions together.
After an extensive consultation, I will work with you to create a personalised plan of care working within the strict code of ethics set by the National Hypnotherapy Society.
If you are struggling with anxiety and stress, having issues with weight loss and weight maintenance, if you have trouble getting to sleeping or staying asleep, if you want to stop smoking or vaping, if you have phobias or habits you can't break, I can help you with these issues along with many others. I am a wife and a mum to a teenage daughter and have learned experience with Alcohol dependencies. I also love to continually learn about self-care and wellbeing.

Princes Trust Level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Introduction to Counselling Skills.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Diploma
I am registered with the National Hypnotherapy Society (Reg no – HYP22-00851) and adhere to this Professional Standard’s Code of Ethics.
Member organisations
The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Initial in-person consultation = £25
In-Person Sessions:
First session = £75 per hypnotherapy session.
Sessions thereafter = £70 per hypnotherapy session (1 hour sessions)
4 session block = £260
Smoking and vaping cessation is a one off fee of £250.

Further information
Before my training as Professional Hypnotherapist my career is in Sales, Account Management and Marketing. My experience of corporate life helps me better understand the challenges and stress associated with this industry.
Building strong and lasting relationships with clients is at the forefront of everything I do. I work with integrity ensuring that clients are cared for and are treated with the upmost respect and confidentiality.
