About me
Are you feeling trapped by alcohol dependency?
Do you find it hard to go more than a few days without drinking?
Hi, I’m Laurie. I’m a dedicated hypnotherapist and recovery advocate, proud to celebrate over four years of personal sobriety. My own journey through alcohol dependency brought challenges that ultimately transformed my life. Now, I’m committed to helping others break free and embrace the joy of an alcohol-free life.
Specialising in alcohol dependency and recovery, my approach is compassionate and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I deeply understand the powerful hold alcohol can have, and I also know the courage it takes to reclaim control—and the immense freedom that lies beyond.
Using hypnotherapy, mindfulness techniques, and a holistic path to recovery, I can guide you to reshape habits, rebuild self-esteem, and rediscover your potential. Every session is designed to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can heal, grow, and emerge as your healthiest self.
Whether you're just starting to question your relationship with alcohol or you're ready for profound change, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Let’s embark on this journey together—you deserve a life of clarity, peace, and freedom from alcohol.

Further information
Before my training as Hypnotherapist my career is in Sales, Account Management and Marketing. My experience of corporate life helps me better understand the challenges and stress associated with this industry.
Nearly four years ago, I chose to step away from alcohol, a decision that changed every aspect of my life. My path hasn’t always been easy, but through that journey, I found strength, clarity, and a renewed sense of self. Today, I’m honoured to help others find their own path to freedom and healing through a holistic approach to hypnotherapy.
I understand the unique struggles and complex emotions tied to alcohol dependency—because I’ve been there. The work we do together goes beyond addressing cravings; it’s about reshaping patterns, building emotional resilience, and empowering you to regain control over your life. Recovery, to me, is not just about leaving alcohol behind; it’s about discovering the parts of yourself that shine the brightest when you’re truly free.
Through personalised hypnotherapy sessions, mindfulness practices, and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, I offer my clients a safe space to explore their relationship with alcohol. My goal is to walk alongside you on your journey, helping you to feel supported every step of the way.
Whether you’re just beginning to question your drinking or have longed for change for years, you’re not alone. I’m here to help you embrace this new chapter with confidence and peace. Let’s start this journey together—toward a life where alcohol no longer holds you back, and where your true potential can shine.
Building strong and lasting relationships with clients is at the forefront of everything I do. I work with integrity ensuring that clients are cared for and are treated with the upmost respect and confidentiality.
