About me

Welcome

Hi, my name is Kazia. I am an analytical hypnotherapist and have been in private practice since 2015. Finding the right therapist plays a crucial role in how successful therapy can be, so I encourage you to make that first step either by phone, text or email to see if I am the right fit for you. This first connection will give us a chance to chat and for you to decide whether you are comfortable talking to me.

I can provide short or long term therapy for many issues and am available to talk or text on 07961 790 628 or therapy@kaziatyszka.co.uk Alternatively, please feel free to book an appointment using the contact form on my website www.kaziatyszka.co.uk

A person-centred approach

I support you as an individual. I value your unique differences, abilities, needs, preferences, beliefs, interests, ethnicity and cultural background. I also feel that therapy should empower you to make informed choices that are right for you.

I believe that we all have within us the ability to make positive change, and to reach our potential, even when life is at its most difficult. Setting off on a therapeutic journey creates a stronger sense of self and the increased confidence to embrace true personal growth. Mind, body and spirit are nurtured; improving emotional wellbeing and bringing lasting change.

How can analytical hypnotherapy help?

I have listed below some of the issues that can be looked at during therapy. Even if you do not see what you are looking for here, please get in touch to talk about how I can help; chances are I will have come across it before. I will work alongside you to help you make positive and lasting change to your life. Nurturing and improving emotional wellbeing will ultimately bring an overall sense of empowerment and positivity.

Sometimes it is hard to find the words to describe what is troubling you. If you just do not feel right and are struggling I am here to provide support and guidance. Please do call or email even if you are finding it difficult to describe how you are feeling. We can work through your next steps together, at your own pace.

What is hypnotherapy?

As a hypnotherapist I can show you new and creative ways of using the mind. Hypnotherapy is a practical and natural technique which effectively and quickly prepares your unconscious for therapy. It enriches therapy and allows the mind to self-calm and self-nurture, ultimately letting go of unhelpful, limiting beliefs. The powerful connection between the mind and body cannot be underestimated here. Hypnotherapy embraces the unconscious, acting as a nurturing companion on an individual’s journey towards self-discovery.

Relaxation can be a key factor in healing, restoring the proper balance between the rational and emotional brains. This helps you feel in charge of your responses and how you react in everyday situations.

Each therapy session strengthens the motivation to continue until the goal of well-being is reached. It is a gentle, effective talking therapy where you and I can work together to remove any obstacles blocking the path towards personal growth.

I am fully accredited, registered and insured.

Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
