About me
Hello, I'm Karen Haynes. an experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, Advanced EFT Practitioner. I tailor my sessions to you and your issues. I help clients to overcome a wide range of issues.
I am qualified in a range of therapies, I'm flexible in my approach and as you are unique, I adapt the way I work to meet your needs.
I specialise in Anxiety issues of all kinds, Depression, Trauma, and Addictions. I work with many other issues too. I had my own issues with severe anxiety, OCD and depression many years ago and so I have a good understanding of what's it's like to experience those issues. I overcame them on my own using only natural techniques, and I love to help clients to overcome them too.
My stop smoking sessions are a two hour session with a follow up if needed, although most people find that they only need to one session to successfully stop smoking.
I love the work I do, and I love to help people to overcome whatever issue they are struggling with, quickly, safely and effectively.
I have over 15 years of experience, and I am continuously studying to keep up to date with the latest research and techniques and to keep refining my knowledge and skills.

I offer a free telephone consultation of up to about 20 minutes. Fees for sessions in Harpenden are higher to cover my extra costs.
Sessions in Luton and online - £95 per session.
Sessions in Harpenden - £120 per session
Sessions last 1 hour, accept for the first session which is about 90 minutes.
Stop smoking sessions are a 2 hour session - £195 in Luton and £230 in Harpenden
