About me
Hello!
My aim is to create a comfortable and safe space for you to explore your concerns. I am completed invested in our work together and never lose sight of the courage it might take to start this journey.
The practice is underpinned by core values of kindness, compassion and empathy with a non-judgemental approach. We work together within a positive framework that is nurturing, curious, reflective and collaborative. I am a patient listener.
It is my passion to walk alongside you as you create powerful change from within.
In sessions you will learn how your brain can work against you, and I will show you how you can make it work to champion you instead. It is a bespoke service that is completely tailored to your particular and individual needs.

Training, qualifications & experience
- AfSFH Member of the Association of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
- DSFH - Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
- NCH - Member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy.
- Enhanced DBS checked to work with vulnerable adults and children.

I work within two clinic settings and offer support both in-person and on-line. One clinic is working towards registration with the Care Quality Commission and awaiting confirmation.
Prior to my working in the field of hypnotherapy I had 12 years working with vulnerable adults with complex needs. I helped set up and manage an out of hours mental health crisis unit in Hull, in collaboration with the NHS. I worked as a Senior Mental Health Adviser for the charity Mind in London. I am a qualified Social Worker.
I am passionate about working in this field and currently studying towards Advanced Hypnotherapy Diploma.
