About me

Our work together is based on a creative, Humanistic and Integrative approach. This means that a client’s free agency and inherent abilities are encouraged and we can draw upon different theoretical techniques at appropriate times within our work together and indeed, in our therapeutic relationship as a whole.

Services include solution-focused hypnotherapy and creative Hypno-Analysis with a Person-Centred ethos. Difficulties we work with include Anxiety, bereavement & grief, addictions, low mood & motivation, sleep & worries, stress, over-eating and more. Saturdays and evening sessions available.

I fundamentally treat everybody wanting to engage in therapy as an individual, tailoring a unique and bespoke course of treatment for you, based on your specific needs. This is very much a symbiotic relationship and one in which we can forge a meaningful and productive therapeutic alliance with you.
