About me

What if ... it's possible for you to make changes and find some peace from things you've been struggling with up to now?

Those anxious feelings, unhelpful habits, extra weight or unnecessary pain, either emotional or physical?

What if you could find a way to tap into your strengths and use what you already have within you?

Since 2016, I've been so lucky to work alongside amazing clients, just like you.  People who decided they'd just had enough of feeling bad and so committed to overcome their biggest challenges, who have gone on to do things they thought they might never be able to do.

Does this sound like something you'd like too?

Well the good news is that every single thing I've mentioned above is possible with the help of hypnotherapy.

So what can I offer you

What is it you want more than anything else? If you want to make changes, shift belief systems and even increase your confidence so that you can move forward, then I'm here to help and support you with a combination of hypnotic techniques and coaching strategies to guide you on your journey to change.

In the first instance just get in touch to arrange your free chat with me to talk over your situation by calling me on 07725 706321 or emailing me at: jane@mindovermatterscotland.co.uk.

There's no obligation to book an appointment, all we'll do is look at where you are right now and where you want to go next.

It also gives us a chance to say 'hello'!

(Please note that if you contact me and ask me to reply by email and you don't hear from me within 24 hrs, check the junk folder in your email account. Sometimes your first email from me  ends up in there and needs to be moved to your inbox)

Because we're all feeling the pinch with the recent hike in fuel prices, I'm being as flexible as possible to save you time and money by promoting online appointments (and yes, it's exactly the same as in-person, we get the same results, in fact the feedback I get most often is that my clients are happier being in their own environment, cosied up on their sofa or sometimes even on their bed for their online session!)

If you'd prefer, you're also welcome to come for face-to-face hypnotherapy appointments near Inverness and in Aviemore , subject to availability.

Some evening and weekend appointments are available.

See below for how each option can work for you.

Due to the relaxation in Covid regulations, I am delighted to share that I offer appointments in Aviemore and near Inverness. In order to maintain the highest standards, please do a lateral flow test before coming to your appointment and if you are experiencing any Covid symptoms please rearrange your appointment.

I’m also continuing to work online as this has proved to suit most people, however I want to offer the best service I can to all my clients and have decided to offer an option for those who prefer to come to see me.

As always, my work is solution focused for whatever you need to change and you are welcome to call me for a free, no obligation chat about how I can best help you.

My online clients attend their Zoom appointments from anywhere from their living room, their bed, their office and even sitting parked up in their car! (I'm told it's a good option to escape the family and car seats are supportive) and often comment on how much more relaxed they feel being able to choose their own place to enjoy their sessions, rather than having to sit in someone else's office.

I've adapted some techniques for online work to keep our sessions interactive so that you're involved in the process. This, after all, is the way that hypnotherapists such as myself, continue to learn and practice with our teachers and mentors from all around the world.

While you're here, I invite you, before you even decide to go ahead with hypnosis as the way to make the changes you're looking for,  to take a look at my video on this page. There you can find out more about me and what I can offer you and then visit my website to download your free Take Ten to Relax audio. You can find it at: www.mindovermatterscotland.co.uk

Since starting  5 years ago, I’ve helped people from all over the UK.  Now many of my new clients come to me via referrals from friends and family after I've helped them overcome their own issues and because I want to make this as easy as I can for you, I offer a free initial consultation with no obligation.  This lets you talk about that thing that's been bothering you up till now and it gives you the opportunity to see how I can help you, with no obligation, even before you decide to book a session or package, so feel free to pick up the phone, pop me an email or message me on facebook to find out more. I'm here to help.
