About me
Hi I'm Jacquie, I'm an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, MSc Psych, EMDR practitioner, and a metabolic health coach.
I have been practising Hypnotherapy for over 10 years, helping hundreds of people overcome the issues that have been holding them back. I work within all areas, from fears and phobias, smoking cessation, and relationship issues. I specialise in anxiety, stress, weight loss & emotional eating. I look to create a calm, non-judgmental space where we work together to address the emotional barriers, thoughts, beliefs, habits and behaviours that are holding you back.
My approach is rooted in neuroscience and psychology, calming the nervous system & teaching emotion regulation strategies, combined with hypnotherapy, helping you to make deep, lasting changes from the inside out.
I believe in empowering my clients, not just treating symptoms, but supporting long-term transformation through tailored hypnotherapy sessions, that also equip you with cognitive tools and strategies for lasting change, Hypnotherapy is a very effective tool for anxiety. I help you to understand and calm the inner voice of anxiety, to find relief from the constant ruminating thoughts, or feelings of overwhelmed and stress. .
When working with my weight loss clients, I use a combined structure between hypnotherapy & metabolic health. This process empowers you with the knowledge of how to silence food noise, curb cravings, and bring back the power of choice. Successful weight loss isn't about will power, its about understanding how your body communicates. Our thoughts change our biology, but equally, the food we eat also has the power to change our thoughts. When you apply both the biology & the psychology to weight loss, you have a powerful strategy for change. My methods & protocol also support those who are are using weight loss drugs/injections and need support alongside or when tappering off.
My approach
I work in a gentle, non-judgmental way to help you uncover and shift the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, anxious, or out of balance. We work together with the subconscious mind, where so many of our automatic thoughts and reactions are stored to create real and meaningful change.
You’re fully in control during each session. The process is calming, empowering, and tailored to your pace. My goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and supported from the very first session.

a sample from my website of what my clients have to say:
"I had considered having hypnotherapy for quite a while, as I struggle with my weight and my health. I knew I used food to boost my mood, whether anxious, upset or tired and soon poor health and fatigue, followed by bad diet and little exercise became a vicious circle and I knew I needed help. Jacquie is great at what she does, right from the start I felt I'd made the right choice, she made me feel comfortable and supported. She tackled the surface problems of cravings etc whilst actually addressing the underlying thought and emotions. I knew I was an emotional person, but I now realise how I hold onto negative thoughts and memories. Jacquie helped me remember the positive ones, she made me believe in myself and worked on self-esteem. She gave me a goal! Now I am looking at things from a different perspective. I treat myself kindly and know 'I am worth it.'
Thank you Jacquie x "
"I started hypnotherapy with `Jacquie as I had very bad anxiety and low self confidence. I have a long history of suffering with mental health issue and previously tried different medications and talking therapies, returning to the same point and getting frustrated with the lack of results. I had no real expectations as to whether it would work and I have been amazed by the impact".
If you're ready to change, but don’t know where to start, then let me help you.
