Am I different? - people tell me I am. Hypnotherapy
In addition to being a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist I am also qualified in the Therapy of Hypnotherapy. This means I use the same techniques as Clinical Hypnotherapists but in addition, I am also qualified in IMR (Ideo Motor Response), NLP Techniques and Parts Therapy. Using IMR has been statistically proven to be far more successful as it aids the Therapist to help you to determine the root cause of your limiting and/ or problem behaviours.

Hypnotherapy
- Anxiety, Confidence, Low Self Esteem, Depression etc is ~5 sessions. Each session is £50
- Hypno Gastric Band is 4 sessions @ £55 per session.
- Smoking is 1 session at £150 with the option for a 2nd session to manage stress @ £50
- Fears, Phobias, Driving Tests, Exams etc are between 1 to 2 sessions @ £50 *
* As therapy is client centered the sessions required may change.
Coaching
- £45 - 50 per session.
- Session is 1 hour
Reiki
- Reiki Treatment - £45 for 1 hour
