Esme Anderson Hypnotherapist - BSc (Hons), HPD, DSFH
I offer Solution focused hypnotherapy which is a brain-based therapy and is different to traditional approaches. What makes it special is the fact that it is based on neuroscience and utilises clinically proven, powerful techniques to help you to make significant and long-lasting changes to the way you think and feel, so you can achieve your goals effortlessly.
Whether you want to be more confident, feel motivated or take control of your behaviour or fears, I can help.
Having completely overcome my own experience of acute anxiety, I know that it is entirely possible to make BIG changes to the way your brain naturally works. You absolutely CAN be the best version of you, living a life that is happy and fulfilling. My clients tell me that they find it reassuring to work with a therapist who really understands what they are experiencing.

Quitting smoking - Ben
"Having smoked 30 or more cigarettes every day for the last 35 years, and having tried unsuccessfully to give up several times over that period, I didn’t really expect to manage this time.
However, Esme was amazing, very calm and empathetic and I haven’t had a smoke since my session. The CD she gave me was immensely helpful, too, allowing me to reach back to the session whenever I needed. I cannot thank her enough."
Phobia treatment - Natalie
"I have had a phobia of deep water and fish since I was a small child (I am now 45!). I have tried many times to overcome this but have never been successful… until I tried Hypnotherapy with Esme.
Esme worked wonders by helping me understand how my brain works and used hypnotherapy techniques to overcome this deep fear and phobia – it has worked! This is life changing!
Esme is calm, logical and sensitive. I would recommend her without hesitation- she has changed my life for the better."
Self-confidence - Jackie
"Hypnotherapy has been life changing for me. I can’t believe how much I got from it. Esme is very calming and you feel safe and at ease with her.
It has taught me ways to believe in myself, and to try new things that I would not of had the confidence to do before."
