About me

My desire to help people, along with a fascination in altered states of consciousness and passion for holistic wellbeing practises are what have led me to become a therapist incorporating Hypnotherapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques.

Whether your struggle is down to depression, anxiety, stress, health issues, self esteem, motivation, addiction or fear, or you are simply feeling a bit stuck I can help you to access your inner resources and free yourself from within so that you can get the best of the life that you have been gifted.

Offering remote therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home, or from my office in the beautiful Hampshire countryside between Portsmouth and Southampton.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy where I completed my Hypnotherapy in Practise Diploma and have also achieved a Diploma in Clinical and Advanced Hypnosis from the UK Academy of Therapeutic Arts and Sciences.

I am also a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner and have recently completed a certificate in Psychoneuroimmunology.

I have recently completed training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a mindfulness based behaviour therapy, and enjoy incorporating these different techniques into our therapy sessions.

In addition, I run weekly breathwork and meditation classes.

Further information

I take a transpersonal and humanistic approach to delivering therapy; I meet my clients on a human-to-human basis. Recognising that we all have our individual struggles, but sometimes it can be helpful to talk to someone who can look at your problems from a different perspective. I incorporate a lot of mindfulness and relaxation techniques that help to calm the body to reduce stress and look at how you can make tiny improvements in all areas of your life to live at your optimum capacity.

I will help you work out what is most important to you in your life, and we will focus on setting achievable goals that allow you to move towards your values in order to live a life full of meaning and purpose.

If you feel there is something holding you back, whether it is substance abuse, dysfunctional eating, depression, anxiety, trauma, fears and phobias, whatever it is that is getting in the way of you living a happy and fulfilled life, we can work together to help you free yourself from within to live the life you deserve.
