About me

Specialising in anxiety, confidence, self-esteem and spirituality I am an integrative practitioner who takes a transpersonal and holistic therapeutic approach using tools such as Hypnosis, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), EFT (tapping), Breathwork, and Meditation to create and hold space for you to awaken to your own inner wisdom and innate healing intelligence to find connection, meaning and purpose. To retrieve the lost parts of your soul and find freedom from within. I see the tools and techniques I use as keys that unlock doors to your highest potential, allowing you to transcend limiting beliefs, heal from old wounds and step in to your highest form of self. To unlock freedom from within, so that you can connect with your heart and soul to find meaning, purpose, self-belief, love and inner peace. All that you need is an open mind, a trusting heart, and commitment to the process.

I have been priveleged to witness the transformation of many clients over the years who have overcome anxiety, alcohol addiction, sex addiction, heartbreak, grief, insomnia, phobias and have even helped other hypnotherapists to step into their highest form of self. I am deeply passionate about my work and genuinely care deeply about helping my clients to live a happy life full of meaning and purpose.

Whether your struggle is down to anxiety, depression, stress, health issues, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, addiction or fear, or you are simply feeling a bit stuck I can help you to access your own inner resources and free yourself from within so that you can get the best of the life that you have been gifted.

I also offer psychedelic preparation and integration coaching.

Further information

As a transpersonal Integrative Therapist I use a variety of tools and techniques to guide individuals to unlock their inner wisdom, explore their spiritual connection, and integrate their mind, body, and spirit for transformation and healing. Transpersonal therapy delves into the intersection of spirituality and psychology, offering a holistic approach to healing and personal growth. Please note that I am not a psychologist, psychiatrist or psychotherapist. Whilst I am trained in clinical hypnosis, I offer more of a holistic, transpersonal rather than clinical approach to therapy.

I have been passionate about helping people from a young age, and always felt a connection to something greater than myself. Fascinated by the workings of the mind and the nature of reality, I completed a degree in Philosophy. I then went on to become a professional fundraiser and spent the next ten years raising over a million pounds for local good causes. Whilst working at a support centre that offered complimentary therapies to people affected by breast cancer, I discovered the power of hypnotherapy. The people who accessed the hypnotherapy sessions reported changes in mindset that had a huge impact on their ability to cope with their cancer diagnosis and the debilitating symptoms of their medical treatment.

Following my keen interest in altered states of consciousness and exploring spirituality, I qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I was also drawn to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which is a mindfulness based behaviour therapy that increases psychological flexibility, the ability to accept difficult thoughts and emotions in order to move towards valued ends to find meaning and purpose.

I have spent years exploring and practicing breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, psychoactive substances, spirituality and nature connectedness for my own development and use these as tools in my transpersonal therapeutic practice.

I also facilitate at plant medicine retreats in the Netherlands and run monthly online meditation, breathwork and integration circles.

In my day to day, I am also a Mum to identical twin girls, step mum to two teenagers, and wife to a loving and supportive husband. I enjoy rock climbing, trail running, cold water swimming, long walks in nature with my dog and adventures in our self-converted camper van.

I am committed to continual learning and development to expand my knowledge and therapeutic skills to be of service to others and have experienced and respected mentors who support me with guidance and supervision.
