About me

I am an Integrative Therapist who takes a holistic approach using tools such as Hypnotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), EFT (tapping), Breathwork, and Meditation to create and hold space for you to awaken to your own inner wisdom and innate healing intelligence to find calm, confidence, connection, meaning and purpose.

I see the tools and techniques I use as keys that unlock doors to your highest potential, allowing you to transcend limiting beliefs, heal from old wounds and step into your highest form of self. All that you need is an open mind, a trusting heart, and commitment to the process.

I have been privileged to witness the transformation of many clients over the years who have overcome anxiety, addiction, heartbreak, grief, insomnia, traumas and phobias. I am deeply passionate about my work and genuinely care deeply about helping my clients to live a happy life full of meaning and purpose.

Whether your struggle is down to anxiety, depression, stress, health issues, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, addiction or fear, or you are simply feeling a bit stuck, I can help you find rapid freedom from within.

"Working with Emma has been, and it’s no cliché, life-changing. I had tried hypnotherapy in the past but with Emma something clicked. She provided the guidance, support, and environment which has made changing habits and mindset possible and achievable for the long term." - Kate

I work with people who are ready to explore themselves more deeply — to uncover what’s holding them back, heal old patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is personalised, holistic, integrative and depth-oriented, drawing on my training and experience in; Hypnotherapy & NLP, Breathwork & Meditation, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Transpersonal Psychology, Spiritual Coaching, Shamanic Practices and Psychedelic Integration.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs and lived experience. From the very first session, you will go away with instant, actionable techniques that work in real time. Together, we create a safe, compassionate space where transformation can happen at your pace — with support, guidance, and clarity.
