About me

Hi, my name is Denise Little and I'm an Award Winning qualified solution focused hypnotherapist who specialises in anxiety, depression, stress and emotional eating.

I also have practitioners qualifications in CBT, NLP, Stress Management and Dealing with Depression. I am one of the few therapists qualified in Rapid Transformation Technique and BWRT. So I have a wide range of skills and tools to use.
I have just completed my Masters in Psychotherapy.

Why Hypnotherapy?

After having studied various therapies and undergoing some myself, I soon realised that hypnotherapy worked quicker and was more effective than some of the other therapies.

My Aim

My aim is to help people make effective changes in their life. Setting goals, resolving unwelcome habits and thought patterns at a subconscious level to bring about positive behaviour patterns that will enhance your life and bring a state of well being. I have found that when clients feel more in control of their life, suddenly other things start changing. For example, losing weight, one of the many positive changes that seem to happen very naturally.

What Happens?

Each session focuses on what you want to achieve rather than on the problems that prompt the change you seek. It focuses on the present and future rather than the past. Treatment will be tailored to each individual client and a programme of therapy is designed according to your preferences, your personality and your needs. Whether you are wanting to overcome anxiety or depression, improve motivation, lose weight or become more confident, hypnotherapy can help you make the positive changes you need to reach these goals.

My main achievements have been
1. Being nominated and winning a Lifteffect Star Award - this is only given to 100 people each year - who have made a massive impact on peoples lives - I am so privileged to be given this.

2. Working with:

- Anxiety / Exam Anxiety
- Depression/ Stress
- Self Esteem / Confidence Issues
- Insomnia / Work related Stress
- Obesity/ Emotional Eating

And seeing the HUGE changes in people as they walk out the clinic knowing that they have changed in some shape or form

I ensure all clients are given a bespoke session and leave feeling that they have gained something from each session so they can see an improvement in their lives. We all have times in our lives when we need help and guidance to get us through - so give me a call and let me help you.

I have a clinic in Malmesbury. I also work worldwide via SKYPE and Facetime Please check my website for details.
