I’m absolutely passionate and dedicated in helping people to overcome their fears, phobias, anxiety, low mood and panic attacks in a gentle and effective way.

I specialise in helping ladies' struggling with perimenopause/menopause symptoms and weight loss and I also love helping all children from the age of 9 upwards.

Having loved my fantastic and in-depth training at York University 4 years ago, I qualified with my Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and further up skilled on acquiring HPD Level 4 (considered to be the Gold standard for UK Hypnotherapists)

Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH)

The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.

CNHC
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Initial Consultation (IC)

Your first appointment, which usually takes between 1.5 and 3 hours allows you plenty of time to discuss what’s troubling you. You will also discover why our brains behave the way we do, and more importantly, what we can do about it! 
A lovely complimentary Relaxation session is provided as the final part of this session.

Initial Consultation Fee £200

Individual Therapy Session

Experience a personalised session blending hypnosis and psychotherapy, supported by insightful, research-based discussions about how our brains work and why we respond in certain ways. Gain a deeper understanding as you work towards overcoming your challenges. Each session lasts 50-55 minutes.

There are 2 steps to the main entrance and my practice is on the first floor via a set of stairs as there is no lift available. However, I do offer home visits should stairs be an issue for you.
