I create a warm, confidential, friendly and safe environment where you can talk about the reason you have come to hypnotherapy, whilst feeling supported, valued and heard.
I am an experienced Accredited Hypnotherapist/Psychotherapist, recognised with the Royal College of Nursing. I have a busy practice in Wainscott near Rochester and Therapy rooms in Greenhithe, Dartford. Hypnotherapy encourages you to take back control of your life, giving you the tools you need to achieve the changes you desire.
There are no drugs or pain involved. Hypnotherapy is a little like daydreaming. A feeling of being totally relaxed, but totally in control. It is a natural state of relaxation, most of us entering into Hypnosis at least twice a day naturally. Many of us have driven to work and not remembered the journey? This is a form of Hypnotherapy (not recommended)
What can you expect from me?
- Appointments are up to 60 minutes to enable you to be able to talk, relax and feel comfortable.
- If you would like to call me on 01634 713054, leaving your number I will be happy to return your call to talk further, or text me on 01789 120128.
Normally we would start with a free 30 minute (no obligation) introductory session to see if you feel comfortable talking to me (which is really important).
At this time I will explain how Hypnotherapy works. I will take time to listen to you about any worries or fears you may have or would like to discuss with me! This gives you time to decide if I am the right therapist for you.
We will discuss what you would like to change and explore how we can achieve this together.
Hypnotherapy is a very relaxing experience and you will be aware at all times. In no way can Hypnotherapy make you do or act in a way that you would not want or feel uncomfortable with!
I believe we all have the ability to change our negative thoughts and feelings. My goal is to give you the tools to help you achieve yours.
I provide a safe, caring, confidential, environment where you will be able to express your concerns to me freely.
