Training, qualifications & experience
I am delighted to be a founder member of The British BrainWorking Research Society (BBRS) and I count myself fortunate to have trained under the guidance and tuition of the esteemed Terence Watts, principle of the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, chairman of the National Register of Psychotherapists & Counsellors and successful Author, and Christopher Howard, Internationally acclaimed Lifestyle Strategist and award winning Author. As well as having the honour of studying under the tutelage of these two prominent figures, I have also studied with the School of Integrated Therapy in Brighton.
I believe we all have an innate ability to heal ourselves given the right resources, and it is this belief that led me to the world of Psychotherapy. It is within this field that I am able to help my clients not only in healing, but showing them how to empower themselves to reach their full potentials, achieve their goals and move forward with their lives. I am passionate about my work and I hope this shows.

Hello Debbie, Just wanted to let you know I have just returned from my three week trip to Australia, it was amazing I had no trouble with my anxiety or depression I can say you had a lot to do with my way of getting over both and thank you very much Regards (Anon)
I came to see Debbie because I was having a number of issues with certain family members, which led to extreme anxiety. I was having trouble sleeping and concentrating and would often break down in tears. After just two sessions with Debbie I felt as if a load had been lifted off my shoulders. My relationship with my family has improved greatly and I feel I can cope so much better with what life throws at me. I feel I have a new lease of life. I would highly recommend Debbie, she has a welcoming presence about her and I instantly felt I could trust her.

I'm now home from my holiday to New York City and had the most amazing time ever. The flights went so well (there and back), I got the subway around the city as well as taxis and been the backseat passenger. I just wanted to thank you so much for helping me with this. I wish I had done it ages ago but thank you so much! ED. Ipswich
I'm delighted to say I've lost nearly 3 stone in total doing the weight loss programme with Debbie. I began to notice changes in my thinking and attitude towards food and I actually felt different straight away. The weight began to come off the first week and then steadily over the next six months. It's an easy to follow programme and I think anyone who needs to lose weight should definitely give it a go.

I must admit I was a bit sceptical about the smoking programme because you hear of these things all the time and nothing ever actually really worked. Not for me anyway. Because of my health getting worse I needed to do something and Debbie's website looked the most promising. By the time the programme finished (April 2013) I was already a non-smoker, I still can't believe how easy it was and I'm still a non smoker to this day.

I just wanted to let you know that I'm so pleased and relieved I found you. I've remained free from the panic attacks for three months now and I'm telling everyone I know about you. Life changing stuff, cheers.
