I have been qualified as a Hypnotherapist since 2020 and have worked with clients to understand where their current problems come from and to look at things in a different and more positive way to enable them to deal with whatever life throws at them.
My background is in Women's Health and Fitness and over the years I have worked with hundreds of women to make positive changes to their health and fitness.
I have spent the last 18th months as a volunteer counsellor for Women's Aid working with Survivors of Domestic Abuse.
