Hi, I'm Charmini, I specialise in cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy to help my clients find strategies to address their issues and reach their goals. Although I specialise in anxiety and phobia treatment, I work with a broad range of issues and goals.
I work collaboratively, always sensitive to your needs, feelings and opinions. My aim is to help you find answers that will enable lasting change using positive strategies.
I believe therapy should uplift you, which is why my sessions are positive, light and sometimes even playful.
When a therapist and client connect, powerful change is possible. That's why I offer a free 30 minute consultation where we can get a feel for each other, discuss your issue/goal and how I can help. The free consultation will give you a taster of the type of session to expect and whether it is right for you.
I work in-person and online.
