About me
I am a fully qualified and insured Clinical Hypnotherapist. I hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) gained from studying with Meirion Ellis at the N.W.H.A. in Oswestry. I am registered with the NCH and also hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy gained studying with Hypnotic World. I have also been awarded a Diploma in Advanced Hypnotherapy.
I treat a variety of conditions including but not limited to anxiety, phobias, stress, addictions, low self esteem and low motivation. I treat all ages from 8 to 80.
Rapport is really important within the therapeutic relationship so it’s important that you know that I am a caring and empathic person and everything you tell me is kept in total confidence. Hypnotherapy cannot (nor would I try) make you do or say anything you do not wish to do or say. Hypnotherapy can be helpful with many, many conditions and although there are unfortunately no guarantees, one thing I can guarantee is that I will be 100 % present with you the entire time you are with me and and I will do my utmost to help you with whatever your presenting issue is.

Training, qualifications & experience
I hold the HPD having studied with Meirion Ellis at North Wales Hypnotherapy Academy. I also hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy through studying with Hypnotic World.
I am constantly learning taking my CPD seriously and I work on updating my knowledge on a regular and consistant basis.
Member organisations
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
