The gentle, transformational, tailored approach I work with allows me to offer a unique service to every client, in contrast to the more surface-level, suggestion based hypnosis. Together, we work at the deepest level necessary, adapting each technique to your specific needs, helping you understand and resolve both the symptoms and causes of your issues.
Hypnotherapy helped me control stress, overcome self-doubt and crippling social anxiety to build my confidence to a point that I now do things that I would never have thought possible. I was so impressed I trained as a hypnotherapist myself.

Training, qualifications & experience
I studied with renowned Harley Street therapist, Andrew Parr, at the Academy of Professional Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis .https://www.andrew-parr.com/. I have a Diploma in Professional Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis (DIP PHH) fully accredited by the NCH (National Council of Hypnotherapy) and the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register) of which I'm a full member (MNCH (Reg.).
I'm a former nurse (RGN) and I'm also a fully qualified counsellor with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling with membership of the BACP (The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I have a DBS, I'm fully insured and I regularly attend supervision with both NCH and BACP accredited supervisors.

The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
