About me

My mission is to guide clients on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. Through personalized sessions rooted in empathy, I help unlock their true potential and create lasting positive change. Let's embark on this transformative adventure together.

I began my journey as a hypnotherapist in London after experiencing the transformative power of hypnosis myself. I was amazed by the profound changes I experienced and I knew that I wanted to share this life-changing experience with others.

Today, I'm known as a compassionate and skilled practitioner who helps clients overcome the physical and emotional challenges in their lives. My approach focuses on helping clients tap into the power of their subconscious minds to reduce stress, manage symptoms, and achieve greater overall well-being. I'm proud to be able to offer hope and relief to those who suffer from this condition, and I'm committed to continuing to learn and grow in my practice.

I have the privilege to experience amazing results with my clients, sometimes only after 1 session transformation happens. No more anxiety, negative thoughts, pain, procrastination. Just pure bliss. If you are ready to embark into a new life call to discuss how I can help you.

Training, qualifications & experience

My training in Hypnotherapy was obtained from Stephen Brooks, a renowned figure in the United Kingdom who has been instrumental in introducing the Ericksonian approach and the teachings and techniques of Milton Erickson and NLP for over five decades.  I am a fully licensed Hypnotherapist, holding a Diploma with distinction from the British Hypnosis Research and Training Institute and the Coaching Academy in the UK.

I am fully insured and hold membership with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC), the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Member organisations

CNHC
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

GHR
The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
