About me
As an experienced hypnotherapist, author, member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, and writer for the Hypnotherapy Directory, I can help your mind to work for you and make positive changes to your life. I work with a lot of clients looking to overcome trauma, anxiety, phobia, and physical challenges. However, I have successfully treated a range of issues and also specialise in Sports and Exercise.
I run Rochester Hypnotherapy Clinic and believe a non-judgemental, kind, and proactive treatment to be important to healing and bringing positive changes to people's lives.
And as an accomplished author, I have proudly published the book Holistic Health: A Bio-Psycho-Spiritual Approach. Providing a realisation and understanding of how human health is tied together by these three cornerstones of health. An approach recognised in my practice.
I adopt an integrated approach using Hypnotherapy, NLP, Thought Field Therapy™ (TFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Counselling, and Psychotherapy to help clients with a full range of issues.
With the aid of some helpful psychological techniques and coping strategies, Rochester Hypnotherapy Clinic can help you achieve your full potential and move forward with your life.
Desmond Bird (My Grandfather) was a hypnotherapist for several decades changing a number of lives and that is something I am proudly replicating.
You can get in contact with me via email here or phone number 07849 041317.
