About me
I offer my services providing a safe, professional and ethical environment in Kensington. It is my pleasure to facilitate your own inner work providing a person-centered therapy tailored exactly to your needs. Your willingness and my expertise could help you in changing unwanted thoughts, behaviours. My main focus is currently on anxiety, stress, habit control, and personal growth, but the list is not exhaustive. I believe that no issue is small enough to be ignored in order for us to reach our true potential.
During the Initial Consultation we talk through any of your questions about hypnotherapy and as much as possible about the issue you would like to deal with as well as about you yourself in order for me to be able to create a treatment plan that works for you the best. In the end there's a chance for you to experience the power of your imagination, also to see for yourself how it feels to be hypnotised for a few minutes clearing up any (if there were) concerns.
If we both agreed that we're happy to go ahead we can book your regular clinical sessions for once a week that will always begin with a check up on your feelings around the previous session and the time since we last seen each other, then the therapeutic work itself, followed by a little chat about your feedback and any requests to modify anything for the next session, also this is the time when I may give you any 'homework' to focus on till we meet again.
We will only go ahead when we both agree on the terms of our 'therapeutic contract'. You are in control of your own inner work, however I 'lend' you my voice and my expertise while you are in a relaxed state focusing your attention on dealing with whatever you decided to.

Upon completion of a year Chrysalis course received an OFQUAL AIM Awards Level 3 Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills.
Registrant member (therefore fully comply with their Code of Ethics) of the National Hypnotherapy Society, that is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Member organisations
The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
