About me

Cognitive Hypnotherapy, NLP Coaching, Coherence Breathwork & EFT

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma or bereavement or perhaps you need some help and support through one of life's challenging periods?  Although I specialise in anxiety, panic and trauma, I can help with a number of issues including confidence, self-esteem, procrastination and addiction such as stop smoking and alcohol management.

As an accredited and insured therapist with over 12 years experience, I can offer you a professional, caring and supportive space to help you make some positive changes in your life so you can move forward with a sense of joy and purpose.

Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a science-based approach that uses the latest understanding of how the brain works to help people make positive changes in their lives and heal emotional issues. It works with you as an individual helping you move forward towards the future that you want. Sometimes we need to let go of certain beliefs or habits that are getting in our way and other times we need to develop more resources or change the way our brain perceives something.
