About me

An award winning Senior Hypnotherapist and Business Psychologist, I offer tailored and personal hypnotherapy and psychotherapy services in the Wakefield and Leeds areas of West Yorkshire.

During the current Covid-19/Coronavirus crisis, appointments are offered using Zoom, Skype or Facebook Messenger. Please feel free to ask.

I am passionate about helping people overcome the obstacles that may be stopping them reach their potential, be that a tendency to blushing, exam nerves, anxiety or panic attacks, weight or body shape issues, smoking/addictions or fears and phobias. My motto is that "every client leaves happier than when they arrived".

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

Further information

In today's youth culture, the visible effects of life on our faces can be a bit of a drawback. Yet the cost and dangers of plastic surgery seem too extreme and a maybe little vain. Phil has successfully developed a new "Hypno Botox" method based on a combination of aromatherapy, energy healing and hypnotherapy. Pain free and inexpensive.

Also, most people understand that exercise is an integral part of losing weight. However, not everyone has the time or motivation to go to the gym regularly. To supplement his work as the most experienced Hypno-Band practitioner in Wakefield, Phil has developed the Body-forming Hypnocise and HypnoJog products. Based on recent research that showed that athletes who just thought about exercising increased muscle mass up to 13% more than those who did no exercise, these CDs take you on a virtual trip to the gym and the use of weights or a on pleasant jog through the countryside; these could help you shape your body and build your muscles.
