About this event

The NOETSG was established in 2010 as a GHR approved peer support group and attendance counts for CPD points.

We have an hour-long presentation at each meeting on various therapy subjects, followed by an open discussion where you can ask the group (in confidence) for advice on a difficult case or just share an interesting experience.

We have an annual subscription offering that gives you free attendance at the meetings plus access to a protected web site that contains many therapy resources and lets you chat in confidence with fellow members.

Further details

We meet once per month, usually on the last Monday but brought forward by one week when it conflicts with a bank holiday. We meet generally from 7:15 pm (ish) till 10 pm. On average we have about a dozen people attending our meetings.

When COVID restrictions allow, we meet face to face at the Thatched House, Aberford Road, Stanley, Wakefield (about 1 mile from J30 M62 towards Wakefield) but, of course, we are currently meeting through Zoom.
