In spacious well equipped treatment rooms hypnosis sessions are delivered whilst you relax on comfortable loungers or on a treatment bed if preferred. Hypnosis acts as a facilitator allowing you to relax therefore leaving your mind open to make the changes required. Hypnotherapy combined with modern techniques such as EFT (Emotional freedom technique) NLP (Neuro linguistic programming) EMDR (Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) 4T for trauma (Timeline and Three way Trauma Therapy will be offered to address any underlying issues to ensure maximum benefit to you.

Sessions from £200 including consultation and take approximately two hours. I will give you written and audio exercises to reinforce the session.
