Hello, my name is Wendy and I’m a caring and supportive Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner. I'm passionate about hypnotherapy because I understand what it’s like to suffer with anxiety, to have fears and self-doubt; and I know how amazing life can be when you are free, without those things holding you back. Through my own immensely transformative experience of hypnotherapy I've been able to enjoy my life more and just be happier being me and I'd like others to have this freedom too.

I originally trained in 2008 as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and more recently updated my skills becoming a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner. Over the years I’ve loved helping my clients overcome all manner of issues, including anxiety and panic attacks, a variety of fears, like fear of failure and all manner of phobias, such as fear of public speaking and flying. I’ve helped clients break unwanted habits, like smoking and overeating and I’ve supported clients with bereavement, stress and depression; resulting in all my clients building up their self-belief, confidence and self-esteem.
I appreciate that choosing to come to a hypnotherapist could be a little daunting. If you'd like to escape the stresses of modern life, relax, calm your mind, let go of tension and improve the quality of your thoughts. It's a bit like having a wonderfully relaxing massage only for the mind, which incidentally benefits the body too!
These appointments are 45 minutes long, with a brief opportunity to discuss whatever’s on your mind first to unwind and let go of any stresses, then enjoy relaxing hypnosis.
