Hello, I’m a caring and supportive Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner. I'm passionate about hypnotherapy because I know it works. Through my own positive experience of hypnotherapy I've been able to enjoy my life more and just be happier being me and I'd like others to have this freedom too.
I understand what it’s like to suffer with anxiety, and to be held back by fears and self-doubt; and I know how different life can be when you are free, without those things holding you back.

Very soon into my time with Wendy I noticed a rapid change in my behaviour. Fear of Flying

Stress and Anxiety and now ongoing well being
I first consulted Wendy for hypnotherapy nearly one year ago with stress and anxiety problems. Initially I had weekly sessions and later monthly which I continue to have.

Phobia & Work pressure
As someone very sceptical about hypnotherapy I was amazed by how at ease Wendy made me feel and how easily I could relax with her.
After several sessions I had gone from a person who could not be in the same room as a wasp to someone who could brush them away without screaming!
I have also had further hypnotherapy to aid relaxation and wellbeing during times of work pressures because it made me feel so good.
HOW COGNITIVE HYPNOTHERAPY WORKS.
The approach is based on discoveries from neuroscience and Evolutionary Psychology about how people think and how your brain creates your problems and your solutions. It combines various techniques and interventions from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Positive Psychology, Traditional Hypnotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Gestalt.
