Hello, I’m a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner.
I'm passionate about hypnotherapy because I understand what it’s like to feel anxious, to have fears and self-doubt; and I know how amazing life can be when you are free to do what you want to do without these things holding you back.
Through my own immensely transformation experience of hypnotherapy I’ve become aware that the secret battles going on in our heads can ripple out and affect our life, making it harder than it needs to be. It's these battles that are holding you back or causing your issues, so the work we do is to get you back in control again. When you come to see me, it’s not me fixing you; you’re not broken. It’s a joint commitment and collaboration where we both work together to achieve the positive changes you desire and deserve.
I offer a friendly, relaxed and professional service where Cognitive hypnotherapy can help you overcome all manner of issues, sometimes surprisingly quickly.
I appreciate that choosing to come to a hypnotherapist could be a daunting and scary process for some. At your first appointment I spend time getting to understand your issues and how they affect you. This may take the full 90 minutes. MIND MASSAGE RELAXATION
£45 per session
If you’re not sure about hypnotherapy and would like to try a taster session – or would just like to escape the stresses of modern life. Come and de-stress with a wonderful mind massage where you can relax, calm your mind, let go of tension and improve the quality of your thoughts. These appointments are 45 minutes long, with an opportunity to discuss whatever’s on your mind, unwind and let go of any stresses, then enjoy a relaxing hypnotherapy mind massage.

A Genuinely Evidence-based Approach
When people think about hypnotherapy they tend to think about the obvious issues like slimming and stopping smoking but it is so much more versatile than that. In June 2015 the Quest Institute under took a clinical study to measure the effectiveness of cognitive hypnotherapy. In September 2015 The Mental Health Review Journal recorded that using 118 cases measuring the effectiveness of Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy in the treatment of Anxiety and Depression, in an average of six sessions:
