Many people view hypnotherapy as a passive experience, but my practice is entirely different. I don't just help you relax; I partner with you to provide a bespoke, results-focused transformation tailored to how you work best, anywhere in the world.
Instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach, I draw from a diverse and deeply integrated toolkit. This allows me to pull from advanced clinical hypnotherapy, Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Transformational Life Coaching, or accredited energetic healing. Using only the exact tools that align with your specific personal goals.
A flexible practice: online, UK-wide, and international. I am passionate about connecting with clients both in person and virtually. Because your comfort and preference come first, I offer complete flexibility in how we meet:
- In-person sessions: I love working face-to-face and welcome you into the calm, confidential environment of my private practice in Aberystwyth. This provides a dedicated, physical space for you to step away from daily life and focus entirely on your growth.
- Online nationwide & beyond: For clients across the UK and my international clients around the world, I deliver the exact same deep, transformative shifts via a mutually convenient platform (Google Meet/Zoom). This allows you to experience your sessions from the comfort and security of your own home, no matter your location or time zone.
My foundation is built upon a world-class lineage. I was trained and certified directly by two of the UK's most renowned pioneers in modern change work: Ali Campbell (World Leading Transformational Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, NLP'er and author) and Andrew Parr (Root-cause transformation specialist, author, and founder of The Andrew Parr Method).
By bringing their frameworks together with my expertise as a Master Reiki and Crystal Teacher, I have the unique flexibility to meet you exactly where you are - whether you need deep subconscious shifts, strategic mindset tools, or a complete holistic reset.

Member organisations
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy. In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers. A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members. There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

My qualifications and professional registrations represent a deep commitment to safe, ethical, and highly effective practice. Holding a Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD) means my training is externally verified and meets rigorous national occupational standards.
What truly sets my practice apart, however, is the depth and range of this background. By holding professional memberships with the NCH, the CMA, and the UK Reiki Federation, my work is fully regulated across both clinical and complementary fields.
Crucially, I am a CNHC Registered Practitioner. The CNHC was set up with government support to protect the public by maintaining a UK register of safe, qualified therapists. As they are accredited by the Professional Standards Authority, this registration offers you total peace of mind regarding my standards of practice. Depending on your personal healthcare provider, my CNHC status also means you may be eligible to claim back the cost of your treatment through your private health cash plan.
