About me

Welcome to Profound Hypnotherapy, here to help you achieve your goals.

If you’re looking to change some aspect of your life, be it to stop smoking, lose weight, banish fears and phobias, control and eliminate any anxiety issues or even just to improve your self esteem and confidence, I can help you!

I use a combination of Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques to help clients achieve what they desire to help make changes to the way they feel and to the way they behave in their everyday life.  I work with people from a variety of backgrounds who all have one thing in common; they all want to make changes to improve their life.  Whether these are big changes or small, changes will occur in your life if you want them to with help from me guiding you.

Hypnotherapy is completely safe, and being hypnotised is just a natural state of mind.  It can have the most profound changes in your life; from changing any negative behaviours or habit patterns you may have to allowing you to make the positive changes you need to make to be more optimistic in life.

What to expect in a session.

When I first meet any new potential client's, I always listen to what their situation is and the problems this causes in their everyday lives.  From this I can make an initial assessment of any issues they may have, and how I can possibly help them to overcome them so they can live a more rewarding and satisfying life that they truly desire.

I like to record each session so that my clients can listen to the hypnosis session each and everyday until we meet up again, this helps to reprogram their mind on a subconscious level and thus re-enforcing the changes in their mind at a deeper level.  This also helps them to go into hypnosis quicker and easier each time they do this.

The number of sessions needed can vary from client to client and this being dependent on the issues they currently suffer from.  Some clients may only need one session to help them overcome their challenges where as other clients may need up to six sessions or possibly more depending on the severity of their issues, but this is unusual. Please feel free to contact me anytime by email, or call me to discuss any issues you wish to resolve.
