About me

I feel passionate about the power of the subconscious mind to support us on our journey to well-being and offer a variety of bespoke hypnotherapy services tailored to you, the individual client.

I support clients with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, confidence, trauma, addiction, weight loss, relationships, pain management, menopause, overwhelm, negative thoughts as well as a range of phobias.

As a former teacher I specialise in hypnotherapy with children and young people, working successfully with a range of conditions including school anxiety, exam stress, confidence, self-esteem and emotional issues as well as common fears, phobias and worries.

I believe that Hypnotherapy is a positive, effective and empowering experience that will allow you to draw upon your own strengths and resources so that you can make effective and lasting changes to your own life.
