About me

I'm an integrative counsellor and hypnotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages, including adults, children, and young people. My approach is compassionate and personalized, drawing on a diverse range of therapeutic techniques to best meet the unique needs of each client.

Therapies Offered:

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT): A powerful technique I use to address and alleviate symptoms of anxiety and trauma.
Hypnotherapy: I utilize hypnotherapy for a variety of issues, including anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, pain relief, stop smoking, IBS, and phobias. My approach is tailored to help clients achieve deep relaxation and positive change.
Hypnobirthing: Specialized sessions to prepare expectant mothers for a calm and confident birthing experience.
Past Life Regression: For those interested in exploring past life experiences, I offer guided sessions to uncover and understand these journeys.
Alcohol Reduction: I provide hypnotherapy sessions aimed at helping clients reduce their alcohol consumption in a healthy and manageable way.

Specialist Areas:

My specialist areas include anxiety and trauma, where I apply targeted interventions to help clients regain control and improve their quality of life. Additionally, I have completed specialist training in eating disorders, providing sensitive and effective support for those struggling with these challenges.

Complementary Background:

In addition to my formal qualifications, I have a background in Reiki, which enhances my therapeutic practice by promoting energy healing and overall well-being. As an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner, I integrate techniques that facilitate change in thought patterns and behaviors, empowering clients to achieve their goals and overcome obstacles.

Working With Me:

I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. My integrative approach ensures that therapy is tailored to each individual's specific needs, combining various modalities to achieve the best possible outcomes. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, trauma, or other challenges, I am here to help you on your journey to healing and personal growth.

I look forward to working with you and supporting your journey towards well-being and fulfillment.

If you want help to bring you back in control of your life, feel better, more energized or achieve a personal goal, enjoy exploring my website and contact me for further information or to book an appointment.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

info Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

I specialise in working with trauma and PTSD, and weight problems.  I am different to other hypnotherapists as I have had extensive experience in energy work having taught Reiki for 12 years.  I believe there are a number of approaches to working with a client and as I am also an integrative counsellor I can draw on my knowledge and experience and create a more holistic and compassionate approach in working with clients. This means I often think outside the box of what is traditionally thought of as therapy, always ensuring I meet the individual needs of the client.

Before training in Hypnotherapy and counselling I was a registered childminder for 11 years and as part of my training I also gained a CACHE level 3 certificate in working with children under the age of 18 in special needs, in particular emotional and behavioural difficulties.  I also worked at the local family centre for 18 months as a play and outreach worker. I was also lucky enough to train in baby massage with Peter Walker.  All these years of experience helped me to build fabulous listening and empathetic skills.
