Sharon Lees MHS
I am a qualified hypnotherapist, integrative counsellor and a bereavement volunteer for Cruse. I specialise in stress, anxiety, depression and weight loss but also have experience of fears and phobias, stop smoking, bed wetting, confidence boosting, motivational work, IBS, nail biting and performance anxiety.
I am passionate about using our natural-born abilities to overcome difficulties in our lives to create a healthier, happier and enjoyable life. We all have this ability and hypnotherapy is an excellent example of using our inner thoughts and feelings to drive the changes we want to make.
I use other methods as well to help people un-tap their innate abilities to make changes for themselves by integrating counselling skills, working in a person centred way and applying my knowledge of CBT so depending on your situation, your belief system and how you want to be helped, I can pull on any number of ways to meet your needs in the most effective way.
If you want help to bring you back in control of your life, feel better, more energised or achieve a personal goal, enjoy exploring my website and contact me for further information or to book an appointment.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Stress, anxiety and depression are areas that I have the most experience in and I equally see many clients for weight loss. Anxiety covers many areas including self confidence and self esteem and I regularly incorporate CBT into these areas.
Initial phone consultation lasting 15 mins is free.
£45 per session lasting roughly 60 mins per session. (If you are struggling financially please get in touch and we can discuss this).
Weight loss is £240 for six sessions
(Clients receive a recording of their hypnosis)
Before training in Hypnotherapy and counselling I was a registered childminder for 11 years and as part of my training I also gained a CACHE level 3 certificate in working with children under the age of 18 in special needs, in particular emotional and behavioural difficulties. I also worked at the local family centre for 18 months as a play and outreach worker. I was also lucky enough to train in baby massage with Peter Walker. All these years of experience helped me to build fabulous listening and empathetic skills.
