About me

Are you looking to get your life back on track, but need some help? Are you having trouble sleeping? Feeling anxious about future? Do you feel stuck in the past? Depressed or angry? Do you want to know that regardless of whatever has happened in your past you can be strong powerful compassionate confident and wise? If you are looking for lasting change, then I can help.

I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in Central Bath and online and I am here to help you feeling the best version of yourself again – calm, confident and in control.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a natural way to help with many different issues. From the stress of everyday modern life to issues like anxiety, depression or motivation.

Using Solution Focused talking therapy I help you focus on building a positive picture of your preferred future rather than focusing on problems or the past. This shift in focus can help you to make significant and beneficial changes in your life and help you to reach your potential.

Then, with you still in full control I will use positive language to help guide you into a state of hypnosis or trance. In this relaxed state, we experience changes in our conscious awareness – almost like being in a daydream. During this time, the unconscious mind is more aware and can focus on helpful suggestions and thoughts.

I believe that the mind and body are inextricably intertwined, so my approach is both integrative and holistic, offering you a safe and supportive place to  help you find the solution you are looking for. Drawing on techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) means that sessions are tailored just for you. With my encouragement and non-judgemental approach each session is informative and reassuring, giving you the best opportunity for change.
