About me
I'm a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist my practice is in Barton Under Needwood just outside of Burton On Trent. Appointments are available face-to-face or online and initial consultation is free of charge.
Solution-focused therapy is a gentle non-invasive therapy, no digging or delving into the past but strongly focused on moving forward into a brighter future. I help people regain control. My special interests lie in helping anxious teens and supporting male mental health concerns.
