About me
I'm a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist my practice is in Drakelow just outside of Burton On Trent. Appointments are available face-to-face or online and initial consultation is free of charge.
Solution-focused therapy is a gentle non-invasive therapy, no digging or delving into the past but strongly focused on moving forward into a brighter future. I help people regain control. My special interests lie in helping anxious teens and supporting male mental health concerns.

There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
