About me
I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and can help you with:
- Weight loss and maintaining your ideal size and shape.
- Pain management, this method uses the power of your mind to minimise the level of pain. It is not a cure but a valuable tool to use.
- Stress, issues can lead to unnecessary stress, whether this be work or just everyday things a hypnotherapy session could help dealing with this.
- Insomnia, to have a peaceful nights sleep is a wonderful achievement. Wake up refreshed and ready to start the day.
- Stopping smoking, apart from the obvious health benefits just think of the wonderful holiday or that luxury gift you have promised yourself that you could buy with the money saved from buying cigarettes.
- Fear/Phobia, release yourself from these which may affect you from fully enjoying life.
There is much, much more that can be achieved by hypnotherapy.
The treatment or sessions only work if you really want them to, what I do is give you the tools to help yourself. It is not a magic cure as you do all the work.
I offer a free initial consultation where we can work out what help you require and the best way forward. There is no obligation on you. The consultation could take 1-2 hours and if any further sessions are wanted could be discussed and scheduled.
I will not discuss costs without the initial consultation.
