About me
Hi, I’m Paula Keeley, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and experienced anxiety expert.
I am also a qualified accountant and a member of ACCA.
My passion is watching clients blossom as we work together on issues like stress, depression and unwanted habits to achieve life-changing positive change.
The hypnotherapy I offer is all solution focused. We will concentrate on what you want to achieve, with no need to repeatedly revisit the problem. Solution focused hypnotherapy can make significant progress in a relatively short amount of time. My sessions are a combination of talk therapy and hypnotherapy.
All therapeutic sessions are conducted online and are professional and entirely confidential. My aim is for all clients to leave their session feeling relaxed, empowered and positive.
I also provide in person group Weight Management classes for 5 x people.
A relaxation track is provided to all of my clients which will improve sleep and help with confidence, whilst bolstering the therapeutic work we do together.

50 minute session - £60 (No. of sessions required will be estimated on free phone call. This will vary depending on the individual's issue)
Smoking/Vaping cessation - £250 (One session of approx. 2 hours)
Group Weight Management Course - £80 (Consisting of 2 x 1.5 hour sessions and a half hour top up session)
